Here's two of the items were looking for in the near future. What do you think?

Here's a picture of the land we're looking at purchasing. It's about a half an acre, utilities are located next to the lot, neighbors appear to be nice, land is pretty secluded but very pretty. What do you think? The land is located in northern California, but we're also looking at some land in Wisconsin, too damn cold but that's what we want. Just to give you a comparison, the car you see in the photo is Zora's Dodge Neon. Some of those trees are hugh. (I hope they don't fall on the house we intend on building on this lot.)
